HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING ?
How many of you have trouble sleeping? Men usually can fall asleep easier, as they can shut off their brain faster then woman.
If anyone would like share their home remedies or how to fall asleep faster, we all could use these tips. Sleep in our life is a very important role as how we feel. Being sleep deprived is a terrible way of spending the night.
How late do you stay up? How early do you get up? What is your nighly tings you do before bedtime, as also in the morning.
Whats your take on coffee in the morning. As for me I go straight for the coffee. I may be alittle bit clumbsy, and have to watch wear I walk. The first
cup goes down really fast.
